Yes, so it's that time of year again and the Christmas windows are everywhere! This year Topshop has gone for a simple yet effective snow scheme which neatly dresses the window. To compliment this I have have dressed the mannequins in our Snow Queen trend. I have pulled a mixture of outfits together, something to appeal to older and younger consumers, both daytime and evening looks.
Using the floral peter pan collar shift dress as inspiration, I built looks around the key colours of this garment, including pink, cream, black and navy. I have also tried to use key pieces which represent the 'Outsiders' trend including the woven check trousers, knee high wool socks, tweed buckle front cardigan and tweed shorts (back mannequin). I have tried to create outfits which promote the trends development into a more dressed down, casual look.

I have dressed these mannequins in our new 70's inspired trend, entitled 'Abigail's Party'. Prints and embellishments are key to the look as is texture. Taking this into account, I have used the polka dot button down dress, lurex shrug and sparkle print vest creating a mixture of evening and day looks, which are aspirational yet still wearable.
